Alpha Adroit installs HVAC as part of the building services package, coordinated with electrical, ELV, and the rest of the fit-out. The scope covers ductwork, direct-expansion equipment, and chilled-water piping, through to testing and commissioning.
Ductwork
Duct work includes GI fabrication, installation, insulation, and fixing. We fit air outlets, connect machines, and install volume-control dampers, fire dampers, sound attenuators, fans, splitter dampers, access doors, and the accessories that make the system serviceable.
DX equipment
Machine installation covers indoor and outdoor units, fan-coil and condensing-unit works, copper piping, and the testing and commissioning that proves the circuit before handover.
Chilled water
Chilled-water pipework includes supports, threaded and butt-weld fittings, insulation with a vapour barrier, valves and accessories, then pressure testing and commissioning. The result is a documented installation the facilities team can operate, not a set of trades left to meet on site by accident.
